Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy on physical products from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@govortek.com or call us at 602-902-0200, within 14 days of your purchase, with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Services are non-refundable. All sales on services are final.
